Є одна думка, яку доволі часто повторюють сучасні політики і політологи. Вона зводиться до того, що чимало бід сучасної України у своїй першопричині мають те, що у нас досі не оформилися цивілізовані відносини власності. А саме: 1) Власність на речі, землю і надра, а також на нематеріальні об’єкти (винаходи, патенти, копірайт і т.п.) не має чіткої фіксації, тобто фактично ніде не реєструється. На практиці це означає, що якщо ви думаєте, що ви власник чогось (квартири, ділянки, фірми, заводу, авторських прав), то ви можете глибоко помилятися, бо будь-який районний суд якогось Цюрупинського району своєю постановою може позбавити вас вашого майна. І поки ви будете пробувати оскаржувати це рішення, з вашої власності вже може нічого не залишитися.
