Картошка па-пітерскі, гаспада-пановє!
«Тарасу Бульбі» Миколи Гоголя ніяк не везе з екранізацією. В останньому, перед бортковським, релізі, який я бачив, козаки скакали по кукурудзяному полю, а на відпочинку діставали прив’язаного на ланцюг ведмедя та під «калінка-малінка» танцювали.
Я був готовий до такого «Тараса Бульби». З вигуками «Русскій!», «русская душа!» і т.д. Тим більше, що всі ці прикметники з’явилися у гоголівському творі тоді, коли його першого «Тараса Бульбу» (1835 року) забракувала царська цензура як ... антиросійський твір. Я годен був примиритися з цим всім, списати на спонсорів ($25 млн.), які, як показів пляшок «Кока-кола» в кадрі (продакт-плейсмент це називається), вимагали б слова «русскій!», «русскій, б...!». Все одно, і самі росіяни це добре розуміють – Січ, козаки, воля – це не їхнє, це речі, які їм глибоко ворожі. Їм ближче Путін, палочна муштра і «За царя!», «За Сталіна!», кронштадська сирість адміралів-донжуанів, а не подих степів і козацька воля. Та й біс з ними. Навчилися все приватизовувати, то й Січ приватизувати хочуть.
Шкода, що фільм сам не вдався. Не вдався так, як вдався фільм Єжи Гофмана «Вогнем і мечем». З батальними сценами, від яких перехоплювало подих, з чудовою грою акторів. У Бортка все воно якесь в’яле, комічне, з перегинами. І гра Ступки не рятує. Навіть трагедія зведена до м’ясохладобойні. Хотілося подивитися кльове кіно про козаків, нехай про «русскіх» запорожців. А не вийшло... Шкода.
Не везе українцям з історичними фільмами. Пригадується дебільна сцена з фільму «Карпатське золото», де герой Івана Гаврилюка голосом євнуха кричить «І що, знову кров, знову війна?». Про «Мазепу» Іллєнка і говорити не хочеться. Надто вже воно категорії «кіно не для всіх».
Але є ще шанс, хлопці-кубанці. Може наш пасічник, як вийде на пенсію, зніме з Депардьє нашого Тараса Бульбу, українського-французького! Такого собі, блін, всього єврогатлантичного!
